Return & Exchange Policy

Sports Equipment Canada offers a 30-day return or exchange policy from the original date of purchase on in-store and online purchases. Products for return or exchange must be unopened and unused and must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.

Please note that any associated shipping and handling charges that applied to the original purchase are non-refundable.

Approved returns or exchanges for products purchased online may be returned via post or courier. If returned via post or courier, all related shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and do not qualify for refund.

Sports Equipment Canada assumes no responsibility for any damage that may come to product(s) during shipping. Only those products received in their original unopened and unused condition and accompanied with a copy of the original invoice will qualify for return or exchange. Opened and/or used products that are requested for return or exchange within 30 days of the original invoice date are subject to approval.

Upon approval all opened and/or used products will also be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

All out of box products are considered a final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange. Educational material such as books and DVD’s are considered a final sale. Any and all mats, gym balls, heart rate monitors, skin callipers, body fat scales, gloves, belts, resistance bands and any other product considered hygienically sensitive by Sports Equipment Canada will not qualify for return or exchange at any time after purchase.

On all approved returns, where the original purchase was processed using a debit or accepted credit card, refunds will be issued to the same method of original payment.

Sports Equipment Canada reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.
